Handmade Order & Shipping Policy

All items from Shop Ana Brandt are handmade in California and created in small batches with care and attention to detail. Because of the handmade nature of our products, processing and shipping times can take approximately 2–3 weeks or longer during sales, holidays, launches, or high-volume periods.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as our team works to create and fulfill each order.

If there is ever a delay with your order, please do not file a payment dispute or chargeback before contacting us. We are always happy to help resolve any concerns directly.

Filing disputes before contacting us can delay the resolution process and negatively impact our small business. We are committed to making sure every customer receives their order and support.

Processing Time:
Since our products are made to order and require time to source materials and create, please be aware that it may take several weeks for your order to be completed and prepared for shipment. If you place an order for multiple items, all items will be held and shipped together once every item in your order is ready. Partial shipments are not available.

No Refunds on Wait Time:
Due to the custom and handmade nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or cancellations due to extended production or wait times. We work diligently to ensure that your order is crafted and shipped as quickly as possible, but please be aware of the potential wait time before placing your order.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept the time required for production and agree to these terms.


Shipping delays may occur during a time when there is a new product launch periods and this usually occurs when we are processing an unusually high number of orders.

  • We will offer store credit for returns of new and unused items on a case by case basis.
    Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.

  • We do not cover return shipping for items that you no longer need or want, however we will take them back for store credit on a case by case basis.
